WHERE IT STARTED
What if technology could protect imagination?
Little Cubbie began with a simple belief: Indian families should not have to choose between world-class design and play that reflects who they are. We wanted to build toys here that felt beautiful, intuitive and genuinely thoughtful—then fill them with stories children could carry for life.
That meant more than making another device. It meant creating a familiar little ritual: choose a character, tap, and listen. A moment a child could own independently. A memory a parent could feel good about. A bridge between Indian folktales and scriptures, faraway adventures, family voices and brand-new worlds.

From one magical box to two ways to play.
We began by studying how stories, sound and simple physical play could live together.
We developed the Cubbie Box for independent, private and completely screen-free play.
We expanded the character family to celebrate imagination, family voices and Indian storytelling.
Cubbie Play now brings those same toys to phones and tablets for calmer, more meaningful screen time.
